About Dr. Heidi Mina

Business Psychologist • Speaker • Author • Educator

What do you get when you combine a love of learning, decades of leadership experience, and a brain that people jokingly call “part-computer”?

You get Dr. Heidi Mina.

A business psychologist and award-winning author with over 20 years of experience in leadership, organizational behavior, and performance psychology, Dr. Heidi helps people understand what really drives human behavior, as well as how to use that insight to create more effective teams, healthier workplaces, and stronger communication.

But don’t expect a dry lecture or a stack of PowerPoint slides. Whether she’s teaching, coaching, or speaking, Dr. Heidi is known for her ability to read the room, pivot in real-time, and turn even the most complex concepts into “ah-ha” moments that actually stick.

From C-suites and conferences to classrooms and coaching sessions, Dr. Heidi shows up with one goal:
To help people think better, communicate smarter, and lead with intention.

What She Brings to the Table:

  • Deep academic expertise (hello, doctorate in Organizational Leadership! Plus advanced degrees in business, marketing, and management information systems)

  • Real-world leadership experience across corporate, education, and healthcare sectors

  • An interactive, human-first speaking style that connects with audiences of all sizes

  • A mission to make psychology approachable, actionable, and impactful

“I’m not here to impress you. I’m here to help you understand. When people grasp the why behind behavior, that’s when real change happens.”
